This agreement governs access to and use of BestEuropeanDating, a verified dating site built for members seeking a serious relationship rather than casual browsing. Creating an account, completing verification, or otherwise using the platform confirms that you accept these terms in full.

Terms of Platform Use

Each member may hold only one active account, and the details provided at registration - name, age, photographs and stated interests - must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Member Rights and Responsibilities
Every profile is subject to continuous, round-the-clock security review, combining automated signals with manual checks to keep the community safe from scams and fake accounts.
Respectful Communication
Messages, voice notes and video calls must remain courteous at all times. Harassment, abusive language or threatening conduct toward another member results in a formal warning or suspension of your account.
No Solicitation or Commercial Use
The platform may not be used to solicit money, sell products or services, or direct members to outside commercial offers. Accounts engaged in solicitation are removed without further notice.
Reporting and Cooperation
Members are expected to report suspicious behaviour, suspected scams or policy violations to our security team and to cooperate with any review. Failure to cooperate may delay or affect your account standing.
Profile Verification Policy
Every profile passes through a three-stage verification process before it becomes visible to other members. The first stage confirms identity through a government-issued document. The second stage matches a live selfie against the profile photographs in real time, preventing catfishing and stolen imagery. The third stage is a manual review of the biography and every photograph by a human moderator, without automated shortcuts.
Accounts found to be unverified after review, or that submit fraudulent documents, are removed from the platform. Attempting to bypass, falsify or repeat verification checks under a different identity is treated as a serious breach of these terms. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Handling
BestEuropeanDating provides an introduction and communication service between verified members. It does not control, and cannot guarantee, the outcome of any conversation, meeting or relationship.
Service Availability
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or connectivity issues may interrupt access from time to time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Verification confirms identity, but it cannot govern what members say or do once they connect. Conduct during messaging, calls or any offline meeting remains the responsibility of the individuals involved.
